The Challenge
Admin teams at healthcare SaaS companies routinely manage doctor onboarding, earnings tracking, and payout approvals across a patchwork of spreadsheets, emails, and fragmented database queries. There's no single source of truth, verification bottlenecks slow onboarding, and finance operations have no reliable audit trail.
The Solution
Built a purpose-built admin dashboard that brings doctor management, earnings data, and payout operations into a single, secure interface. Server Actions handle all mutations server-side, Prisma enforces a typed data layer, and Clerk's role-based access ensures only authorised admins can touch sensitive financial operations.
